Level Up Video Games in Santa Cruz is a local shop that just opened. It’s a non chain game store that does things right. It has a strong community, new and old video game merchandise, and of course operates as a strong video game retail store. Level Up Video Games caught the attention of the CGC because of it’s strong and active community.
The store is planning to host several events in store, some which include tournaments. On the store’s grand opening weekend party, the store kicked off with a 54 man Super Smash Brothers Brawl Tournaments. Those are impressive numbers for a tournament that wasn’t linked directly to the SSBB community! Level Up Video Games fueling gaming in Santa Cruz and brings gamers together. That is a strong mission statement CGCGames respects greatly.
